6 Times Nurses Warmed Our Hearts This Year

In 2019, nurses saved lives and showed us what it means to care for others — from a heartfelt hug to a lifesaving diagnosis. Here are six stories that inspired us and made us proud to be a part of UVA Health.

 

1. As Time Was Running Out, Nurse Uncovers Newborn’s Lifesaving Diagnosis
