With enormous gratitude and respect for our team members’ innumerable contributions, UVA Health is pleased to announce a 3% budget pool for team member compensation increases in Fiscal Year 2023. The budget pool will be managed within each health system entity, and specific details will be forthcoming over the coming days. Annual pay increases are an integral part of our comprehensive rewards package to honor you for the extraordinary service that you provide to UVA Health. It also supports our ability to attract, develop and retain top talent to continue to deliver excellent care and service while building the brightest future for our organization.
