Congratulations to the UVA Health University Medical Center FY25 Quarter 2 Patient Experience Award winners!
Each quarter, the Top Performer and Most Improved awards are presented to the teams that met or exceed their fiscal year goals for the key metrics specific to their level of service on the Patient Experience survey. All teams who received at least 30 patient survey responses are considered for the award.
Inpatient Top Performer
4 East
The Top Performer award recognizes the Inpatient team that met or exceeded FY25 goals for the two key metrics of “Staff Work Together to Care for You” and “Rate Hospital 0-10.” 4 East achieved the highest combined variance to goal by an impressive 13 points.
Inpatient Most Improved
6 Central
The Most Improved award recognizes the Inpatient team that exceeded prior quarter scores for the two key metrics of “Staff Work Together to Care for You” and “Rate Hospital 0-10”. 6 Central achieved the highest combined variance from the prior quarter by an impressive 16 points.
Medical Practice: Top Performer and Most Improved
Interventional Radiology Clinic, UVA Cancer Center
The Top Performer award recognizes the Medical Practice team that met or exceeded FY25 goals for the two key metrics of “Staff Work Together to Care for You” and “Likelihood of Recommending." The Interventional Radiology Clinic achieved the highest combined variance to goal by a notable 3.1 points.
The Most Improved award recognizes the medical practice team that met or exceeded FY25 goals for the two key metrics of “Staff Work Together to Care for You” and “Likelihood of Recommending." The Interventional Radiology Clinic achieved the highest combined variance from the prior quarter by an impressive 8.4 points.
Outpatient Services Top Performer
Endoscopy Monroe Lane GI Motility

Endoscopy Monroe Lane achieved the highest combined variance to goal by an impressive 8.5 points.
