Congratulations to Our Medical Students on a Successful 2021 Match Day
On Friday, March 19, the UVA School of Medicine’s Class of 2021 learned where they will continue their training as residents at hospitals across the country, including UVA Medical Center. The photo below shows SMD21 at their white coat ceremony, when they had just arrived in Charlottesville four short years ago.

This year, students gathered virtually for Match Day, bringing together hundreds of family and friends to help the soon-to-be doctors celebrate. Fourteen graduates will be doing all or part of their residency program at the University of Virginia.
