On Saturday, Nov. 14, the COVID Clinic and COVID Cohort Phlebotomy Lab will be relocated to the first floor of the West Complex. The clinic will be in the former Breast Care Center space at 1300 Jefferson Park Ave., Room 1101, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

On Wednesday, Nov. 18, the Teen & Young Adult Health Center, which was temporarily relocated to accommodate the COVID Clinic, will resume operations in its permanent location in the Battle Building. The outside entrance is located at 1204 W. Main St., Charlottesville, VA 22903.

The COVID Clinic accepts patients by referral only; walk-ins are not accepted. For information about referrals, care providers may refer to the Referral Directory (to be updated with the new addresses on Nov. 14).

Directions to the COVID Clinic and signage for team members and patients are available in a printable flier (to be updated with the new addresses on Nov. 14).

Masking and Visitor Policy Guidelines are in place, and approved face coverings are required for all patient visits.
