Team members from the Allergy division will provide vaccination oversight during a special vaccination clinic for team members who:

• have had severe allergies to medications or vaccines in the past
• have not yet been vaccinated due to concerns about having severe allergic reactions following a COVID-19 vaccination

Appointments must be made in advance through VaxTrax, and 64 visits are currently available.

How to Schedule Your Vaccination Appointment:

1. Click “Get Vaccinated" button
2. On next screen, select tab for “Group 2/3 Second Dose”
3. Go to January 25 and book an appointment between 8-10 a.m.

Need to Reschedule an Existing Appointment to Attend Allergy Clinic?

Follow the rescheduling process by logging in to VaxTrax.

• Your upcoming appointments will be listed on your home page.
• Note: You must first cancel your existing appointment before being able to schedule a new appointment.
• Use the red Cancel button to cancel your current vaccination appointment.
• Use the Get Vaccinated link to book an appointment with Group 2/3 Second Dose Vaccine
