Our New ED Is Now Treating Patients!

In the early morning hours of Oct. 15, our new Emergency Department (ED) officially opened for business, marking the culmination of years of planning and construction.

During a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 14, Robert O’Connor, MD, Professor and Chair of Emergency Medicine, expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in making the new facility possible. “We’re creating a space that shows respect, offers comfort, and allows us to provide exceptional care of patients at their most vulnerable time,” he said.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day a reality!
