Dear Team Members,

As the end of the calendar year approaches, it is a good time to log in to Workday and review your “use or lose” Paid Time Off (PTO) hours. You can use this job aid to check your leave.

While you review your PTO, keep in mind:

• The fall PTO cash out window is approaching.
• You will be able to request PTO cash out from November 4–14. Cash out process instructions will be sent via email on the morning of November 4.
• This year, Medical Center team members can carry over an additional 40 hours over the standard maximum due to the COVID relief policy. 
• Medical Center Human Resources Policy No. 315 provides detailed information on the Medical Center PTO leave benefit.
