UVA Health University Medical Center Chief Nursing Officer Kathy Baker, PhD, RN, NE-BC, and NPGO Nursing Recognition and Retention Specialist Ashley Noguera, PMP, surprised Cristal Harris, Patient Care Technician, 4 West, with a BEE (Being Excellent Everyday) Award. Only up to two UVA Health University Medical Center team members are honored this way by the Nursing Professional Governance Organization (NPGO) each month.

A patient nominated Harris:
