UVA Health Week, May 8-14, is just around the corner. Together, we will celebrate our team members with multiple events throughout the week. Find out when and where your celebration will be: 

• Sunday, May 8 | Medical Center Weekend Meals (University Hospital Cafeteria) | 11 a.m.-2 p.m., 6-8 p.m., and 11 p.m.-1 a.m.
• Monday, May 9 | Fontaine | 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 10 | Transitional Care Hospital/Northridge | 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 11 | Medical Center
  • MR5 lawn area (across from Medical Center loading dock) | 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
  • University Hospital Cafeteria | 11 p.m.-1 a.m.
  • Uteam to-go (pre-boxed meals) will be provided for departments unable to attend. Managers must order in advance and arrange for pick up. See the Information for Managers section below for details.*  

• Thursday, May 12 | North Fork and UVA Health Orthopedic Center | 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Week of May 9 | Off-site UVA Health offices | UVA HR’s Rewards and Recognition team will help managers coordinate catered meals for off-site team members. Stay tuned for additional details.

To-Go Meals

*Uteam to-go (pre-boxed meals) will be provided for departments unable to attend the Medical Center celebrations on Thursday, May 11. Managers must order in advance and arrange for pick up. To order, email UteamToGoAdminTeam@hscmail.mcc.virginia.edu by 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, and provide the following information in your email:

INFORMATION REQUIRED (Thursday, May 11, event only)

• Your name
• Department you are ordering for
• Number of people you are ordering for
• Who is picking up
• Contact number in case we need to contact you
• Time of pickup | options are daytime (11 a.m.-2 p.m.) or  nighttime (11 p.m.-1 a.m.)

Bring your own cart as carts are not provided.
