You can now order meals to go, purchase grocery essentials, try contactless pickup, and more. See details below.

New Hours

The Wahoo West Café is closed until further notice. Higher Grounds at Wahoo West is open 8 a.m.-noon Monday to Friday.

The University Hospital Cafeteria hours are 5 a.m.-3 a.m. daily. The Chopped and Wrapped station will close at 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

FED Take-Home Meal Program

The Fresh, Easy, Delicious (FED) Take-Home Meal Program begins on Wednesday, April 15, and offers complete take-home meals for two to four people. Fresh-baked cookies, brownies, pies, dinner rolls, and gallons of tea or lemonade are available to add on to your order.

Call 434.465.9375 to order a meal. Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. for pickup later the same day. Pickup times are available 4-7:30 p.m. Meals can be picked up at the former Ramen Republic station near the front entrance of the Cafeteria.

Grab Pizza to Go

Buy a 16-inch pizza to take with you for $10-$12. A variety of toppings are available. See an associate or call 434.465.9375 to order between 5 a.m. and 3 a.m. Delivery within University Hospital is available 8 p.m. to 3 am. Slices are also available for purchase in the Cafeteria.

Pop-Up Market

For your convenience, you can now purchase groceries and essential items in the University Hospital Cafeteria. Available food items include bread, bagels, grits, and more. The gift shop is now closed, so you can find top-selling items, like medicine, cough drops, and phone chargers in the Cafeteria.

“We are continuing to add different items each day, including toilet paper rolls as well as local food items such as pancake mix and jam,” says Chadwick French, Director of Retail.

Nourish App

Download the Nourish app for Apple or Android, and you can order your next meal right from your phone. Within the app, view the online menu, place your order, and pay. When you arrive, go directly to the designated Nourish pickup spot for a contactless experience.
