The Access Management Platform (AMP) is getting an upgrade to meet new accessibility standards while keeping the same access request and approval workflows. The update will introduce a cleaner, easier-to-use interface designed to improve the user experience without changing how requests are submitted, reviewed, or approved.  

AMP will be unavailable from 10 p.m.to midnight on Nov. 16 as teams complete the upgrade and transition to the new experience. When AMP returns online after midnight, team members will automatically see the updated platform.  

Managers and system owners will notice most of the changes, including improved search capabilities that make it easier to find users by computing ID, name, or manager, and view request and permission status. The approval workflow remains the same.  

No training is required, and no action is needed before go-live. Simply log in and continue using AMP as usual on Nov. 17.
