In an effort to showcase how UVA Health’s mission and values are coming to life through the everyday actions of our team members, UVA Health is launching ASPIRE, a quarterly newsletter that will be printed and distributed across multiple locations throughout the health system.

Featuring articles about team members, patient services, and the implementation of our 10-year strategic plan, ASPIRE looks to connect with audiences around how we are impacting the lives of our patients and each other. To view the first issue, click here.

“Many of our team members are not as connected to their email or computers as others, so may sometimes miss out on the incredible things taking place UVA Health,” says Lisa Badeau, UVA Health Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. “ASPIRE is really for them. It’s printed, accessible, hands-on, and short — making it perfect for team members on-the-go!”

UVA Health’s ASPIRE newsletter will launch Feb. 14, during ASPIRE Day, a system-wide event for all team members to come together to show our ASPIRE values some love. UVA Health leaders will be on hand at hosted tables across the system for conversation, candy, giveaways — and to share the first edition of ASPIRE!
